Rental Contract

This contract is made on

and Candela Estudio (Geraldine Ortega) for the rental service on.

The service that Geraldine Ortega, Owner of Candela Estudio, will be to rent this space for a Event Name.

Check To Confirm

Any damage to the furniture, walls, floor or ceiling will be charged to the Renter.

The renter is responsible to clean up the studio , sweep and mop.

Renter is responsible to provide beverages and food.

Food is not to be cooked in the facility but brought in prepped already

If renter cancels the event Candela Estudio 2 weeks away from event. They will not get the deposit back.

Renter agrees not to use social media to in any way intentionally damage Candela Estudio’s reputation.

Beer is allowed in moderation. No glass bottles allowed.

No smoking is allowed.

The studio will be ready at 1pm to set up.

The cost for this service is of $500 that includes chairs and tables for no more than 65 guests.

The $150 deposit is refundable if renter returns the studio clean as it was given ( sweep , kitchen clean)

A $150 secure deposit is required to save the date and for clean up.

If the renter has more than 70 guests the party can be cancel as it is outside the capacity of the facility.

by 9pm the facility should be ready to turn in.

The deposit will NOT returned due to damages or renters space not returned cleaned and without wall, floor, windows or ceiling damages.

Trash will be all thrown out at the end of the event.

Both parties agree on this contract.
